As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers, developing candidate pipelines, and conducting interviews to assess candidates. You'll also manage the job offer process, including negotiation and consultation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment
* Minimum of 2 years in high-volume technology recruitment for salaried positions
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
* Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies
* Ability to apply recruitment knowledge and experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes, and functions
