The Director of Total Rewards is a key member of our HR team, responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our compensation programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation strategies, including salary bands, annual merit increases, bonus programs, and executive compensation packages.
- Design and manage compensation programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Conduct analysis and benchmarking of compensation data against market standards to maintain competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Lead job evaluation processes, including job analysis, job descriptions, and job grading.
- Develop and manage the compensation budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Integrate compensation programs with performance management systems to ensure a strong link between pay and performance.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees understand our compensation philosophy and programs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and HR partners on compensation matters, trends, and policy recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certification (CCP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and expertise in data and financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to coordinate input from multiple sources to develop impactful recommendations.
