About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at Raman Arora. As a key member of our childcare services, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a loving and nurturing environment.

Job Description

This permanent position requires 40 hours of work per week. You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to learn on the job. We offer flexible onboarding options to allow you to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas according to established procedures.
  • Discipline children based on the methods requested by parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings for children.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.
