As a key member of the Chachula Enterprise Inc. team, the Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a retail environment. They will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, and ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
