Alamos Gold, a leading Canadian gold mining company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the Young-Davidson mine in Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in employee relations, problem-solving, policy development, performance management, and compensation.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, attendance management, modified return-to-work programs, discipline, and performance coaching.

Key qualifications include a diploma or degree in human resources, relevant experience in employee relations, problem-solving, and advising business partners. Strong computer and technology skills are also required, including experience working with HRIS systems.
