We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ananda Bhavan Dosa Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored in a clean and organized manner.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit, as needed.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high volume of dishes and equipment to be washed and sanitized.
  • Stand for extended periods and be able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from kitchen staff.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
