Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at PSG Environmental Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during construction projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
