About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Angela's Deli Corporation. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
  • Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards.
  • Prepare special orders and decorate cakes and baked goods.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Setting

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week in a supermarket or bakery department.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
