Job Title: Team Lead AML

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime? Do you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth? We are seeking a talented Team Lead AML to join our team at Randstad Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the execution of AML processes in accordance with client contracts.
  • Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to drive focus on key metrics and quality adherence.
  • Prepare and share team performance data with clients.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure flawless delivery of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement training programs to bridge capability gaps and support new joiners.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in AML or financial crime-related roles.
  • Knowledge of FINTRAC guidelines, PCMLTFA/R, and FATF recommendations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team management and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
