Your primary goal will be to support the Store Manager in achieving maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with our Company policies and procedures.

This role requires a strong retail and management background, with the ability to work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for this position is 18. You'll be expected to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
