About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at T.K. Graphics. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction and Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Accurately process customer orders, track progress, and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams, including sales, production, pre-press, and billing.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues, collaborate with relevant teams, and resolve problems promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order specifications, and resolutions for accuracy and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
