Digital Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our CRM products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Backlog Management: Manage and maintain a healthy product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the product vision.
- User Story Writing: Craft clear and concise user stories that capture the essence of product requirements.
- UX Advocacy: Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that product decisions are informed by user research and feedback.
- Release Planning: Plan and execute releases, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Iterative Development: Collaborate with development teams to ensure that product development is iterative and incremental, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Expertise in Product Vision and Roadmap: Proven experience in developing and maintaining a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Feature Prioritization and Backlog Management: Experience in prioritizing features and managing a product backlog.
- User Story Writing and UX Advocacy: Strong skills in writing clear and concise user stories and advocating for user-centered design principles.
- Release Planning and Iterative Development: Experience in planning and executing releases, and collaborating with development teams to ensure iterative and incremental product development.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to understand business objectives and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
