Dietary Aide/Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietary Aide/Culinary Aide to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food service experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently ensure food quality, presentation, and service delivery meet established department standards.
- Follow production sheets to guide food preparation and assist with cost control.
- Familiarize yourself with the specific needs of each client, including diet restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
- Assist with the process for checking and receiving of deliveries and inventory control.
- Participate in the client and employee incident reporting and investigation process as required.
- Report areas and equipment in need of repair to the maintenance department.
- Ensure kitchen appearance meets established standards for cleanliness and organization.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong commitment to quality and safety. You will possess a high-school diploma or equivalent, a food handlers' certificate (preferred), and a First Aid & CPR certificate. You will also have experience in the culinary field and be familiar with preparing plates for clients.
