About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Saagar Constructions Inc. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and recorded.
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure that equipment is in good working condition.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting: Report accidents, distress signals, navigational hazards, and other emergencies to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
