Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons #1097. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that customer feedback is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding.
