Position Overview
The Director, Commercial Truck/Trailer Parts plays a critical role in driving business success by optimizing the supply chain process. This involves managing supplier relationships, leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities
• Oversee all stages of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring high-quality standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing business decisions and driving growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, developing strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Supply Chain Certificate from accredited SC facility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial truck parts or related industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of truck parts, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Familiarity with ERP software, inventory management systems, and MS Office Suite.
