Job Title: Concierge and Office Building Maintenance

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge and Office Building Maintenance professional at Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office building, and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform safety and security checks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with minimal supervision, and be able to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
