Print Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Printing Supervisor to join our team at Sign 4U Print Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the printing process, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the printing process, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of printed materials, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any work-related problems and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a printing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the production team and external suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Our production facility is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. As a Printing Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30-44 hours per week.
