We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the crucial role of a Shop Manager at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every client has an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Reception and Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer flow
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
  • Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
