Position Overview

As a Shop Manager at Tommy Gun's, you will be responsible for ensuring that every client has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional customer service skills will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every client, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure that the shop is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to go above and beyond for every client.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
