Job DescriptionThe Customer Experience Representative (CXR) plays a vital role in responding to and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining account information, and achieving sales goals.
- Respond to high-volume customer calls and achieve a 85% Service Level.
- Open and manage existing customer accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- DIRECTLY EARN revenue through inside sales initiatives and credit verification using the Equifax credit tool.
- Direct or escalate requests and unresolved issues to designated resources.
To succeed as a CXR at Parkland, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with relentless customer focus.
- Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Office 365 and CRM software.
