About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at CarePartners in North Bay. As a member of our clinic team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing services to our patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
- Provide a wide range of nursing services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, and wound care
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care

Requirements
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR certification and current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test
