About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. as a Technical Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Log Management: Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
  • System Administration: Participate in the redesign and implementation of business applications and software.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support staff in the team.
  • Network and Internet Support: Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment for employee use, including installation of operating systems and software.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
