Job Description

Croesus is seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to join our team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to finance its activities and investments.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and audit the company's financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
  • Represent the company to investment partners and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with a major in professional accounting and a CPA designation.
  • Significant corporate finance experience in a CFO position.
  • Financial services experience an asset.
  • Mergers and acquisitions experience.
  • Mastery of accounting principles, financial standards, financial analysis tools, and financial management software.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
