Chief Financial Officer

Croesus is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, managing financial risk, and providing strategic guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Manage financial risk, including cash flow, liquidity, and credit risk.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and financing.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulators.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation and a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, including CFO, controller, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
