Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at SinglePoint Group International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential customers and close deals on HVAC products and services
  • Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Assertively persuade customers to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
  • Record customer information accurately in a computer system
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
  • Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including trends in the relevant products and services portfolio
  • Keep records of calls and sales, and record useful information
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven outbound sales experience using a consultative sales approach while meeting sales quotas
  • Understanding of the sales cycle/process
  • Desire to earn high commissions/bonuses, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Sales experience in HVAC and/or Home Services preferred but not required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone
  • Good attentive and active listening skills
  • Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities and temperaments
  • Ability to multitask by simultaneously listening and thinking about solutions to offer customers while entering data
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as dictated by business needs
