We have grown from one office in downtown Hamilton with three employees to eight offices hosting more than 100 employees across Southern Ontario. Our product offering includes business insurance, commercial auto, personal home and car insurance, recreational insurance, and more.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Sell commercial insurance to warm leads provided by Morison Insurance
- Complete tasks related to selling insurance, including responding to leads, using a lead management system, providing customer service, and following sales procedures
Requirements for Success:
- A Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Additonal insurance industry designations, such as CAIB or CIP would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Confidence speaking directly with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Determined and driven nature
