Banquet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to join our team at Polos Social Lounge.
Job Summary:The Banquet Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and banquets at our venue. This includes determining the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures, and ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment to ensure availability and quality.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective event execution.
The Banquet Manager will supervise a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The Banquet Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
