About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive project success.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction practices, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or project management.
