Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Quality Homemakers Inc.

Job Summary:

The Personal Care Aide will provide high-quality personal care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist clients with feeding and meal preparation
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
Work Setting:

The Personal Care Aide will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
