We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Nova Bath Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize production processes.
- Organize and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production progress, quality control, and team performance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repair work as necessary.
- Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Offer guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
The Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
