The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.


Job Description

This role will support clients in obtaining contractor permits and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The PLAA Manager will work across teams to develop and deliver a PLAA Plan that includes obtaining required permits on time.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of planning, municipal planning, building, construction, and engineering principles, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and permitting requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate internal and external regulatory approval processes, engage with stakeholders, and lead the coordination and scheduling of meetings as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of work-related experience in planning, municipal planning, building, construction, and/or engineering
  • Knowledge of and experience obtaining permits, licenses, agreements, and approvals for major infrastructure and transit projects
  • A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in planning, engineering, or a related field
