Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The Flats Eatery & Drink. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

• Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink options.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons and collect payment.
• Order bar stock and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

• Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations.
