Mixology Expert

The Flats Eatery & Drink is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

• Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink options.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons, and collect payment for beverages.
• Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
