Job Title: Ballroom Dance Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team at Arthur Murray Dance School. As a Ballroom Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching dance techniques and artistic interpretation to students of all levels.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ballroom dance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels. If you are passionate about dance and enjoy teaching, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach dance techniques and artistic interpretation to students of all levels
  • Prepare dance students for auditions and performances
  • Exercise to maintain physical ability and physical fitness
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in ballroom dance
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work site environment is noisy, and the work setting includes private functions, cultural events, dance academies or schools, national dance schools or companies, sales, and dance companies.
