Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Flooring Operations Manager to join our team at Discount Carpet and Flooring Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the ordering and stock management of materials to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Provide expert advice on flooring products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their needs.
  • Effectively manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
  • Estimate labor and material costs for projects, enabling accurate quoting and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
  • The working language is English.
