  • Communicate effectively with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production, cycle times, and customer communication.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to make recommendations for repairs, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Document all work performed on the vehicle RO, creating a story in the associated repair order, consistent with OEM standards.
  • Maintain an inventory of common automotive technician's tools and stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins.
  • Provide an exceptional repair experience to drive customer loyalty and department revenue.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Service Technician 310S
  • Red Seal Certification is an asset
  • Experience with Recon and safety inspections
  • Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training courses
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving history
