Job Description

**Regulatory Compliance Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at NOW Health Group Canada/Puresource Natural Products Distributor. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for evaluating new and existing product compliance for sale in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate product compliance for sale in the Canadian market based on current regulatory requirements for Natural Health Products (NHPs), Foods, Cosmetics, Consumer Products, and Medical Devices.
  • Complete product and site license compliance review and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that products are compliant with new regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements for Natural Health Products (NHPs), Foods, Cosmetics, Consumer Products, and Medical Devices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
