**Job Summary**

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including inventory management and rotation
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
