Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Port Hawkesbury. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
