Job Description

We're seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Services team, supporting a dedicated group of customers alongside a Program Success Manager to ensure we meet customer goals. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices to drive success for customer programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices
  • Lead the influencer experience on the Later Influence platform by building and executing customer campaigns
  • Leverage internal project management tools to support campaign planning and execution
  • Analyze the influencer-facing experience to optimize campaign success
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enable a best-in-class experience for customers and influencers
Requirements
  • Experience in a service industry, supporting customers
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation
  • Agency experience or influencer marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS company a strong plus
  • Can-do approach to making things happen
  • Professional presence, confidence, and eloquence in meetings and presentations
