About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at the Valhalla Hotel in Thunder Bay, Ontario. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing F&B team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote seamless service delivery and drive business success.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership position, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost controls, inventory management, and labor laws.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
