About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mould Designer to join our team at UNIQUE MERCHANDISING DISPLAYS INC. As a Mould Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project.
  • Prepare contracts and tenders for clients.
  • Develop and implement standards and schedules for production.
  • Supervise and monitor mechanical installations and construction projects.
  • Test machines and equipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in mould design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment.
