Sushi Cove is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, plan menus and estimate food requirements, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Team Management: Recruit and hire staff, and ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions:

  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
