Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Unit Supervisor to lead our food service team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people in the kitchen and food service areas.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
