Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at K4 Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist in various tasks related to construction site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and structures, following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and inspecting equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, maintaining a safe and orderly flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and in noisy and dusty conditions.
