Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at K4 Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of a qualified tradesperson.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and structures, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, as required, to ensure the safe movement of people and vehicles.
Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often at heights, outdoors, and in noisy and dusty conditions. You will be required to work under pressure, handling heavy loads and performing repetitive tasks.
