Job Summary:

The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining exceptional Guest Services as per Company Standard at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. The role involves generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales and meet sales targets
  • Conduct housekeeping and maintain a clean store environment
  • Merchandise products effectively to drive sales
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support Store Management Team in loss prevention and inventory management

Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
