Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ERP Consultant - Supply Chain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients implement and customize Rootstock ERP to meet their specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Understand clients' business processes and requirements to develop customized solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure and customize Rootstock ERP solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize Rootstock ERP for our clients by staying current on the latest enhancements, upgrades, and offerings.
  • Travel: Travel from time to time to visit clients in Canada and the United States.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing and Distribution Expertise: Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes is essential for this role.
  • ERP Implementation Experience: Experience implementing and customizing ERP solutions or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work in both collaborative and independent manners is essential for this role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required to ensure accurate solution configuration and implementation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, and distribution, or any related field is required.
  • Salesforce Platform Experience: Salesforce platform experience is desirable but not required.
