Job Title: Store Manager at Dino's Pizza Charlottetown
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Dino's Pizza Charlottetown. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements based on business needs
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of success in managing staff and increasing sales
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
